Jeremy has been the Director of McLean Gladstone Pty Ltd since 1998. He commenced employment the company in 1983 when he was employed as a trainee valuer and became a licence valuer in 1985. He graduated with a Degree in Bachelor of Applied Science in Valuation from South Australian Institute of Technology, has a Certificate of Horticulture, is an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute. Jeremy understands that time is of the essence and delivers a thorough, well researched professional report in a timely fashion. Jeremy has an exceptional understanding of the property market in South Australia, along with a reputable and trustworthy name within the industry.

Prior to joining McLean Gladstone Pty Ltd in January 2019, John was employed by Propell and Jones Lang LaSalle (a highly respected international company) where he was specialising in Commercial and Industrial Valuations. John has undertaken valuations for a range of clients, including all major lending institutions, government departments, local government and semi-government authorities, as well as solicitors, surveyors and accountancy firms.
I am a Senior Value of McLean Gladstone Pty. Ltd. since February 2024 and have the following qualifications Associate Member (AAPI)Justice of the Peace Bachelor of Business (Property) – University of South Australia Associate Diploma in Business (Justice Administration) – University of South Australia.2. Prior to my appointment to McLean Gladstone I was the Principal of Barry Curzons Valuations, a valuation business based on the Fleurieu Peninsula and specializing in all types of valuations across most of South Australia and including Kangaroo Island.3. I have been a valuer since 2001 and have gained extensive experience in all types of valuation work in regional and metropolitan Adelaide, the Fleurieu Peninsula and Kangaroo Island.I have been instructed in many matters involving litigation which were likely to proceed to court hearings and trials. I have previously given evidence in various courts within the South Australian Judicial system. I am therefore familiar with the role of expert witness and the requirements of a valuer when proving such. My qualifications in property and working within the justice system have given me a wide range of additional experience and knowledge to assist in my valuation duties.

Zane commenced employment with McLean Gladstone since October 2022 as an trainee valuer and intern. During this time, he is studying a broad valuation knowledge of residential, commercial, development and department acquisitions, which has been extremely important for further valuation work. From February 2023, he has been employed as a valuer assistant with McLean Gladstone. Meanwhile, he has enrolled in accredited courses by the Australian Property Institute for further valuation certificates and would graduate in July 2024.

Additionally, her expertise extends to development bonds, building draws, quality control, and building inspections. She was mentoring new employees as part of peer-to-peer mentoring programs.McLean Gladstone is on the panel of valuers for Beyond Bank Australia, Bank SA,Credit Union SA, Credit Unions Australia and the two major Trustee Companies. Other banks and financiers including Eastwood Securities, Vertex Funds Management , mortgage lenders including private mortgage lenders accept McLean Gladstone's valuations.

Angela started at McLean Gladstone in 2010. Angela handles the day to day running of the office with much efficiency. She has extensive knowledge of data & location searches, report writing and accounts.
Angela is a very thorough office manager and is proficient with her knowledge of all things.
Joh commenced with McLean Gladstone in February 2020. Joh ably assists Angela with the day to day running of the office and brings with her an extensive knowledge from her background in conveyancing and law offices. Joh enjoys netball, AFL, gardening and intricate handicrafts.
