COMPANY HISTORY

McLean Gladstone Pty. Ltd. is a privately owned, independent company that originally operated as R.M. Gladstone Pty. Ltd., Real Estate Valuers and Agents, Property Managers and Consultants in the mid 1950’s.

The business changed names in the late 1980’s to the current name and is now located at Unit 14/467 Fullarton Road, Highgate. 

McLean Gladstone Pty. Ltd. provides a personalised service and you will deal directly with the experienced principal Mr. Jeremy Carter.
 

PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY INSURANCE 

We have Professional Indemnity Insurance of $4,000,000 and comply with the Australian Property Institute Code of Conduct and Continuing Professional Development Program and are also approved APIV Limitation Liability Scheme Membership.
 

VALUATION AND PROPERTY SERVICE

McLean Gladstone Pty. Ltd. has specialised in valuation work since the mid 1950’s and has expertise in all areas of property in all areas of South Australia. Our expertise covers residential, commercial, retail, rural, insurance, taxation compliance, matrimonial, deceased estates, compensation for acquisition purposes, pre purchase/pre sale, retrospective valuations. The company carries out feasibilities of new subdivisions, commercial development, the valuation of plans, progress payments, consultancy work etc.

We are engaged by many Solicitors to carry out valuations for Matrimonial and Mediation matters for De facto and Marriage separations.

We are privileged to have valuation records dating back to the mid 1950’s and are well aware of market trends in all areas of the market place due to our wide spread involvement in all areas of the property market.

Our staff at McLean Gladstone are proud members of the Australian Property Institute as well as the Real Estate Institute of South Australia Valuers Division. All valuations are checked and signed off by the director, or a valuer with at least 20 years' experience.
